Berlusconi è formalmente indagato dalla Procura di Trani per concussione e minacce, come ha riportato stamattina il Fatto quotidiano. Il "capo" ha subito fatto notare che "è stata violata la legge". Ma non è che si è costituito lui, figuriamoci. "Incompetenza territoriale della Procura e abuso delle intercettazioni". Cioè la solita storia. Non è che non è vero quello che la Procura di Trani sta scoprendo, il problema è che non toccava a lei scoprirlo. Sappiamo già come adrà a finire questa vicenda: una bella leggina ad personam e via anche questa indagine.
