Dosi per 1 o più tortini (dipende dalla grandezza dello stampo scelto):

• 1/2 litro di acqua;
• 150 g di farina di polenta taragna (questa dose varia al variare del tipo di farina);
• 1/2 cucchiaio di sale fino;
• 1 fiocchetto di burro freschissimo;
• 1 o più cubi di formaggio Quartirolo freschissimo (dipende da quanti tortini avete intenzione di preparare).

Procedimento:

1. In una pentola portare a bollore l'acqua assieme al sale;

Oggi (visto le mastodontiche abbuffate che avranno coinvolto sicuramente ognuno di noi nei giorni passati) ho deciso di preparare qualcosa di sfizioso, divertente, and above all light ...
