Abstract

In front we have not a friend or companion route, by which even small seek truth through serious play of questions and answers in a respectful dialogue, but we have an opponent, no matter who is wrong, a dangerous enemy, whose mere existence is perceived as a threat.

Su questo terreno il nostro partito dovrebbe iniziare a muoversi non solo a livello provinciale ma addirittura a livello nazionale. In questo la nostra provincia potrebbe porsi nel nostro partito in una posizione di traino a livello nazionale.
La qualità ambientale, poi, ha delle valenze che travalicano lo sviluppo economico e che diventano la leva di una nuova idea dello sviluppo. Ma quando queste situazioni da eccezionali diventano prassi ordinaria allora si cade in un chiuso personalismo, nemico della democrazia e della coesione interna. In queste condizioni di interruzione di comunicazione vertice/base si instaura nel vertice anche una tendenza alla sottovalutazione delle esigenze di cura e di rinnovamento del partito con l’innesco di deleteri processi autocatalitici.
Per incidere concretamente sui processi in atto, auspichiamo l’elezione di un coordinamento provinciale che sappia raccogliere e mettere in pratica quanto appena suggerito e che sia aperto a tutti i militanti e i cittadini che si riconoscono in questo documento di guisa che, oltre ad una crescita e ad un rafforzamento del nostro partito possa nascere dal basso anche un movimento di simpatizzanti per aiutare le forze del progresso e del cambiamento, di cui noi vogliamo diventare partito leader e di riferimento, a ritrovare la propria identità, a Caserta come a Roma. Un partito rinnovato e un movimento capaci di attivare una autentica osmosi per produrre cultura, capaci di stimolare il dialogo , nella accezione riportata nella premessa, su questioni fondamentali e che, allo stesso tempo, abbiano la forza di 'con-vincere ' nei luoghi delle scelte attraverso l'impegno di uomini e di idee. Un partito e un movimento che offrano ai cittadini la possibilità di esprimere la propria riflessione, di renderli protagonisti sul terreno delle scelte, sapendo bene che, quando i canali democratici tradizionali provide, as at present, strong signs of crisis, the value to be protected becomes the prince of self-determination in the defense of its live free.
