Annozero è, di solito, una fucina di interessanti studi sociologici e politici, soprattutto su come NON si devono fare le cose. Ma tralasciando per un attimo tutti i difetti del format, è indubbiamente uno dei momenti televisivi in cui appaiono più evidenti i grossi problemi strutturali e comunicativi della politica italiana. Chi si lamenta infatti della bagarre della discussione, che porta inevitabilmente a inconcludenti serate dominate da un esistenziale disappunto, altro non fa che applicare con meccanica convinzione quegli stessi stratagemmi intellettuali usati da interlocutori politicamente faziosi per address in a destructive debate. Una destra che rifiuta il dialogo, spavaldamente sicura di sé, che attacca sistematicamente l'interlocutore al solo scopo di nascondere, minimizzare o sovvertire l'oggetto della discussione, più attenta a gettare discredito sull'avversario e sul suo passato (anche quando un passato da screditare non c'é) piuttosto che ad affrontare la critica che le viene avanzata. Una destra che urla per sovrastare e confondere, che cita i massimi sistemi (insindacabili per definizione) per ottenere ragione in un dialogo che ruota invece attorno ai minimi sistemi. Una destra che nega l'evidenza, anche a costo di sconfinare nel ridicolo, che ignora selettivamente le opinioni professionali (come quelle giudiziarie, o di esperti internazionali). Una destra insomma malata di quel cancro storico, e ancor prima umano, che è il culto sovrastante del capo, del leader potente e carismatico. E questa malattia, al pari di tutte quelle vicende in cui il leader in questione è coinvolto, al contrario di quanto sostiene il pensiero di destra (mainstream o meno) o l'intellettualoidismo pragmatic, are essential elements in the Italian problem.
